Initial Public Offering (IPO) is a big hallmark, as it is one of the ways to raise funds from the market. The reason varies from expanding business, repaying debt or facilitating shareholders to exit the business. 2023 could be a record year for the number of IPO in Indonesia where it has reached 66 companies vs. 59 recorded in 2022.
