Once primarily consumed at breakfast tables, milk is now recognized not only as a practical option to start the day but also as an important source of nutrients in Indonesia to support overall health and well-being.
According to a Jakpat Survey involving 1,238 correspondents, 75% reported consuming milk, where 16% are daily drinkers and 43% drink a few times a week. Interestingly, a large portion (82%) of the preference is UHT (ultra-high temperature) milk.
