PT Fast Food Indonesia (FAST), the exclusive franchise holder of the KFC brand in the country, has sold a minority stake in its subsidiary, PT Jagonya Ayam Indonesia (JAI), to PT Shankara Fortuna Nusantara (SFN), a company owned by the family of Haji Isam.


“Finger-Lickin” deal: According to a disclosure, SFN recently acquired 41,877 shares, equivalent to 15% ownership in JAI, for approximately IDR 54.4 billion. This transaction implies a total company valuation of IDR 363 billion.
